Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: February 28, 2026

1. Overview

Rüte Health LLC ("Rüte," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through rutehealth.info and our related services (the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company or practice details, and the contents of forms and messages you submit (for example, partner or affiliate applications, access requests, contact messages, and quiz responses). We also automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and general usage activity. Taking a quiz requires your first name, last name, and email address, so quiz responses are associated with you and stored alongside your contact record.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Services, respond to your inquiries, review access and program applications, send transactional messages, and — where you have opted in — send marketing communications by email or text message. We also use information to maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Rüte Health regarding your account, orders, shipments, and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

We only send marketing or informational email and text (SMS) messages to individuals who have affirmatively opted in. Opt-in is never a condition of purchase. When you opt in, we record the consent wording you agreed to, the channels you selected, and the date, time, and IP address of your consent. You can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and you can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@rutehealth.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential transactional messages related to your account or requests. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Terms of Service within our Terms of Service for full details.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting, database, email, and analytics providers) under obligations to protect it, with professional advisors, and where required by law or to protect our rights. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — including retaining consent records for compliance purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@rutehealth.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
