5. Partner & Affiliate Programs

Participation in our partner or affiliate programs is subject to approval and to any additional program terms, confidentiality, and non-circumvent agreements we provide. Program pricing, catalogs, and materials are intended for credentialed or approved participants and may not be redistributed without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Services, scraping or harvesting data, misrepresenting your identity, infringing others' rights, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rüte Health LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Rüte Health LLC, through a web form on rutehealth.info or another medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. This includes messages related to your inquiry and account, such as application and access updates, appointment or follow-up reminders, account notifications, and program or product news, as well as conversational replies. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
